While we take great care to ensure that all the information provided on our product pages are accurate, and the product images/colour reproduction are as faithful as possible, some variations may occur in the final product. Unfortunately, this is inevitable with colours and hand embroidery of waistcoats for example as each will be slightly different.
We take every effort to ensure that information on this website is as up-to-date as possible, however some information may differ from time of order.
Ordering Process (Non-Waistcoat Items)
Once you have placed your order and entered your credit/debit card details securely through PayPal, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail which will contain your order reference and a summary of your order. In your Account Page, your order will appear as pending until the payment has been received by us. Once the payment has been received, we will dispatch the items after which the order status will appear as "dispatched". We will also send a confirmation e-mail to confirm that your order has been dispatched.
Ordering Process (Waistcoats)
Once you have placed your order and entered your credit/debit card details securely through PayPal, we will send you an order confirmation e-mail which will contain your order reference and a summary of your order. In your Account Page, your order will appear as pending until the payment has been received by us. Once the payment has been received, we will update the order status to "In Process" while we make the waistcoat to the size specified. Made to Measure waistcoats (ordered in store) or those with Custom Embroidery design may take longer to make. We will send you an e-mail to update you on the progress of the waistcoat as well as a date of dispatch. Waistcoats will take from 1-3 weeks from order to dispatch.

You can reserve goods online by adding them to basket and selecting "Customer Pick-Up" before proceeding to the checkout. You may also pay online via PayPal or pay on collection by selecting "Pay on Pick-Up". Once the order has been created, we will notify you when it would be ready to collect. Paid-for items will be reserved until collected, and "Pay on Pick-Up" items will be reserved for 7 days after we notify you.
Reserved items can be picked up in store
We use PayPal to securely process your order, and we accept any of the cards listed on the PayPal order page. The prices of our products are in GBP, inclusive of VAT and include delivery to anywhere in the UK. Please contact us beforehand if you are ordering from outside the UK.
We dispatch items using Royal Mail and we retain proof of postage. All deliveries within the UK are free of charge for customers, however please contact us if you wish to order from outside the UK. We will also notify you via e-mail when items have been dispatched. We use the postal/delivery address provided by you to post goods, and cannot accept responsibility if an item has not arrived due to incorrect address/postcode details provided.
We take customer satisfaction seriously, and in the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may cancel your order within a 7 day period after the date of delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to cancel, please send us an e-mail or a letter, as we are unable to do cancellations over the phone. Goods must be returned in the condition they were sent in and we will refund when we recieve the goods. We are unable to reimburse the cost of postage back to us.
You are also able to exchange within a two week period from dispatch. Items to be exchanged should be in the original condition they arrived. Please note that we inspect every item individually to ensure they leave in good condition although very rarely items may be damaged during transit. While we cannot reimburse the cost of postage back to us, we will cover the cost of postage to you for further products (for deliveries within the UK). The maximum number of exchanges is 1 per order per customer on that occaision. If you wish to exchange, please send us an e-mail or a letter, as we are unable to do cancellations over the phone.
Please note that we cannot refund or exchange Earrings designed for pierced ears due to hygeine reasons. Made to Measure Waistcoats also cannot be refunded or exchanged as they are made to a specific size. In the event that you find that a Made to Measure Waistcoat does not fit, please Contact Us or Visit Us in store describing the problem and we can offer to fix it once free of charge.
